I was introduced to Vivien by a colleague after unsuccessfully selling my EM for more than 6 months. Vivien quickly advised me on the best selling periods, appropriate selling prices and strategies to refurnish my EM to look more appealing to buyers. She was frank about the current market situation and the difficulties in selling my EM which was a ground floor unit. I was appreciative of her honest words. At the same time, she maintained optimism and gave me hope.

For 3 months, she maintained high energy and brought an endless stream of potential buyers to view the flat. The photos she took of my flat and the surroundings was flattering and attracted alot of potential buyers. I could also see that she was very strategic and wise in dealing with the potential buyers. We garnered a number of offers in a short period of time. Something which did not happen with the previous agent. Within a short 3 months, she was able to close a good offer for me and allowed me to move on to the next stage of my life. She was able to negotiate carefully with the buyer so that we both walk away happy with our deal. She followed up with the buyer and I could see that they were also happy with her service.

After we sold the flat, she went on to help me get a rental flat. Based on my requirements, she was able to suggest units that went beyond my expectations. I am now happily living in the unit she helped to secure for me. Even after 2 months of settling in, she is still helping me with some rental issues and is also actively keeping me updated on property news.

We are very grateful to our house agent, Vivien Zheng, who has helped us in ways that went beyond her duties and responsibilities.
